Event Staff

Event Staffing Made Simple

We provide professional, experienced servers and bartenders who arrive early to perfect your setup and stay through the event to serve, arrange, and clean—leaving your space spotless so you can truly enjoy your celebration.

Staff Recommendations:

1 server per 25 guests
1 bartender per 40 guests
Seated dinners: 1 server per 2 tables (10–20 guests)
Buffet style: 2 servers per 40 guests

Fees:

$50 deposit to secure your date and one staff member (refundable up to 2 weeks prior)
$40 booking fee per additional staff member
$35/hour per staff, paid day-of
Gratuities welcomed for excellent service
